Traditional Egg Salad

In case you didn't use my sure-fire method of hard cooking eggs and your colored Easter eggs won't peel well enough to make deviled eggs, here's an easy egg salad recipe.
As I did with the deviled egg recipe, I took careful stock of ingredient proportions and arrived at 1t of mayo, 1/2t of sweet relish, and 1/4t of each of all other ingredients for each hard cooked egg. As the title say, this is a basic egg salad that you can amp up in numerous ways by adding various herbs, spices, and minced vegetables like carrot, celery, radish, etc. This recipe was made with 5 eggs and yielded about 1-1/2 cups of egg salad.
THE RECIPE:
5 hard cooked eggs chopped
5t mayonnaise
2-1/2t sweet relish
1t minced sweet onion
1t mustard (your choice, I used yellow)
1t Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix or mash until well combined. That's it. Simple!
